anyone have any suggestions to fix teh rough ride and body roll I get on my 99 FEx Eddie Bauer.... We feel the slightest bump and big bumps cause the truck to move about 2-3 feet sideways. I replaced all 4 shocks, but the ride is still rough. I am not looking for a Cadillas ride, but something a little smoother

For body roll, you could buy a larger rear sway bar (not a front one because the 98(?)+ came with larger ones from the fact.) Most of the things that stop body roll end up causing a harsher ride. Sway bars should keep the factory ride quality. How much air is in your tires? If it has a LOT of air, it could cause uneven wear as well as a harsher ride. Hope this helps you some. Oh, and welcome to the site. :)

 for ride quality cant you just deflate to 20 psi?

edit: I am just joking BTW

^^Sure you can, but I don't think the ride quality would last long, when you find yourself upside down on the hwy when the tire blows out. :p

If your truck moves 2-3 feet sideways when it hits big bumps you have some serious issues. What kind of big bumps are these?

Honestly you can't do much. Check you tire pressure, it should be 30psi. Other than that there's not much else you can do. WHat shocks did you buy?

of course i'm kidding, that was the major factor in the firestone blowouts wasnt it? dealers lowering pressure because people complaining of truck like rides?

Yeah I'm curious what shocks you used, did you replace them with factory shocks or something else. I put monroe's on my 97 and the ride quality changed dramatically.

Sticks

I have the Reflex on the front and Sensitracs on the rear
