it's at least $1200 for the bumper alone, and maybe another $600-$800 for the winch

You could probably find a fab shop to do it for around the same price without having to worry about messing with it. Just take the pic with you and get a quote

Plus if you find a good shop, they can get other parts for you at wholesale depending on the shop, worth looking into.

Yeah, that's pretty much my line of thinking now too.

But unless it's considerably cheaper, I doubt spending $2000+ on a front bumper isn't really going to ever be practical for me, unfortunately
