rumbling sound at low rpms

Hello all,
I have been experiencing a problem of late. I have a '99 sport sohc. Just a little over 3K miles. I just put in bosch platinum 4+s, and I noticed about three days after that, that when I am going up hills, or even flat surfaces, the truch will upshift,and feel like it is rumbling, almost a vibration. Maybe its just because I am used to having a manual, but it feels like its shifting too soon. I have to press the gas, just to get it to downshift. Has anyone had this problem? Is this just normal for a auto? Thanks all

I just installed Bosch Plus 4's in my 95 and it runs very good. i would check to make sure the plugs and wires are on tight..that was the hardest thing for us. it was tough to get to the plugs and getting the wires on was a job. I have the 4.0L V-6
