I have a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT with 143k miles, well a while back I started noticing everysingle time I went through my drive way that one wheel would kick up mud while on the other side it was clean well after that i tested out my thought so I burned out to see if it was actually going in 1WD or 2WD so I did and turned out only the back right wheel was turning which had me thinking what was wrong with it does anyone have any opinions on what it is?

Sounds like a normally working open differential. The wheel with the least traction gets the most torque, so you end up spinning one tire while the other turns normally or just stays put. If you jack both tires off the ground and put it in gear, both tires will spin at the same speed since they both have an equal amount of traction (none, in this case).

You either have an open rear diff or a bad limited slip rear diff.

If its an open rear, it's behaving normal.
If its a bad limited slip, it's just like having an open rear.

Check the axle code on the sticker in your door jam... That will tell you what gear ratio you have and if its open or LSD.

Well if it's just a one wheel peeler how do I get it to go into 2? Cause I actually got stuck in my backyard because it only was running on one wheel

Install a locker or limited slip. Otherwise, accept that yours is the same as 90% of the vehicles on the road.
