I have a 99 ford explorer sohc vin E. I had lean code codes in bank 1 and 2. I replaced the tps, idle air control, mass air flow, upper and lower intake gaskets, all new injectors, new coil, mufgler, and tuned it up. Now its throwing rich codes. Ive been back and forth to 2 differant shops and no one can give me a straight answer of what can be causing this. Im running out of time to fix this issue for my emissions test. Any help would be great. Thank you
