Running Rich (P0172 and P0175)

Hi,

I have a 99 Ranger 4x4 4.0L. The truck is currently running rich, with the following codes P0172 and P0175. A little history on the truck, it has around 138,000 miles, a new water pump, new injectors and a new rebuilt MAF sensor from VIP. I have pressure tested the coolant and fuel systems along with cylinder heads. They all passed fine with no leaks. I live in southern Maine it's currently around 30F out. Below are the readings from my scanner. I'm not sure what all the numbers mean and hope someone can help. The reading was taken after driving for 15-20 minuets.

I'm still running rich. I received the code for a bad O2 sensor. I replaced the sensor today and now the truck is running worse. When I scanned the computer, it's not receiving information from the O2's or O2 heaters. I did disconnect the battery. Any thoughts.
