Running rough with AC on

Just got a call from my sweetie saying the 92 Ranger was hard to start and then was running really rough when she turned the AC on. It's a 3.0 liter with a 5-speed. Any ideas? she's not home yet so I thought I'd get a head start on the questions.

IAC motor,AC goes on and the idle drops out.

I got a 212 code when I scanned it. Where is the ICM located on a 92 Ranger? I suspect I may even have a bigger problem, I had to add over a gallon of water and it was low when i checked again. I noticed a lot of white smoke and moisture coming out of the tailpipe.

Ouch....do this,go to a shop you trust and have them do a test for combustion gasses in your coolant,should take all of 10 minutes and then you know for sure.
