Just bought a used 2005 Mercury Mountaineer from dealer. Obviously still under warranty with <25,000 miles.
I noticed, after I got it home of course, that the rear tinted windows and tailgate window have these strange drip marks IN the glass. Both the dealer and I have tried all sorts of cleaners, but it appears these strange drip marks are actually in the glass. I am about to get the Factory Rep involved. Has anyone else had this problem and was there any other way to solve it other than replacing glass???
