Ok lots of stuff to talk about pick and choose what you want to respond to Any help will be appreciated...
I got my 94 sport the other day For the most part i am happy with but the engine bay is full of rust Not body wise mind you but brake lines (ABS) and the air onditioning hoses are flaking rust like crazy ( the AC is ice cold go figure) The spark plugs were so rusted i thought that i would never get them out ( they were actually easier than i thought though the gap was .070+!!!) gee you think they havent been changed in a while? Amazing the damn thing ran at all! The brake calipers are alos quite rusted but they stop the truck no problem The truck was a original New hamphire vehicle and judging by the sand all over the truck it spent alot of time at the beach Ok so where am i heading with all of this?
Can i change all of the lines brake and ac hoses without going through some bucks? I am afraid that the lines will rust through and i will lose my brakes or destroy my ABS plus it looks UGLY Second what about the calipers? change or leave alone?
Does any one have used ones available? I need to flush the brake system anyway and this would be a great time to do this I would need calipers and brake lines from the ABS unit Used A/C lines and hoses would also be appreciated Thanks!!!!!
