What size brake lines and fittings?

My friend has a 99 Explorer and the brakes lines are rusted out. What size are the lines and the fittings (nuts) going to the master cylinder?

Fronts and rears are different size fittings. One is metric.

Just FYI, I've found the napaonline catalog helpful for brake size fittings. If you look up a brake hose, they will list the flare nut size you need!
