Sagging spring one side

Just bought a '96 Explorer and noticed the left rear body is 3/4inch lower than the right side measured in various places including floor to wheel well. Short of replacing (both) springs, is there a temporary fix to generate just a little lift to one side?

We refer to it as the "gangsta lean."

Its because the gas tank is on the drivers side, along with your added weight, the drivers side rear leafs wear out alot faster.
