sorry if this thread does not belong here but i have one question... is there any problem with using the stock steering i am getting alonmg with the axles from a 77 f100? instead of going hiem joints? i know i will have to do some fabbing but hoping ii can use as much of it as i can

yes you can use it assuming its strait and the tierod ends arent worn out. You will have to modify the drag link to make it the right length.

Where is our moderator this thread needs to be moved he must have to many forums to be moderator of ;) :p :D

You can use it but you're going to have to have it cut down to proper length assuming you're not keeping it full width. Also the stock steering setup isn't all that strong nor will it take much of a hit on the trail before it bends. Though on the flip side heim joints don't last very long on the road and would wear out quickly.. I'll move this thread for you to the proper location. :)
