Satnav install for an Ironman xlt

I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers as to a good place to get an oem sat nav system from that i can fit into my 2007 explorer ironman. It already has sirius sat radio. I'm guessing i will need a sat aerial. Do I need anything else, can I just buy one of the numerous header units on ebay ?
