Its been done. Im pretty sure there is no step by step guide. Most people trim the back 3-4" edge of the front fenders to help stuff 35"+ tires...

Its mainly that rear part of the front fenders that need to be trimmed. The rear quarterpanels you can fit like 35"s stock, haha.

Subscribing, even though I'm pushing the front axle forward a bit more, I'm sure the 37s will rub the back of the front fender a bit still while offroading.

yeah i def. kno wut you meen bout the wells bein huge..almost liek them yotas with ginormous wells lol..but thanks..and ill prolly be duin that..i got runnin boards..so i think i might hav to trash those since they bolt directly to the fender wells..but i dont mind that so much..my girl might kuz she cant get in it as well haha..but yeah thanks alot..anyne else got any prep tips or anything? any personal experience they can share..thanks a lot

Roll the fresh cut lip back, and paint over it to help prevent corrosion in the future.

Yup, to quote myself:
Jefe said:
For the fenders I taped where I wanted the new fold, removed from vehicle and used a jigsaw, sawzall, hacksaw, and whatever else I could find (:shoot: :hammer: ;)) . . .leaving an inch of 'unwanted' metal to create a new fold. I then used vise-grips and folded the remaining metal over.
And if you use masking or painters 1" tape, you can use one side for your cut mark, and the other for your bend mark. Works great.
