I still have the first vehicle I ever bought; a '94 Ranger XLT 2x4 with a 2.3L 4 cyl. and a 5 speed overdrive tranny. This little truck has remained constant as I went through a '99 F-250 4x4 with the Triton V-10, a 2000 Silverado 2x4 with the Vortec V-8 and a 2004 Z-71 4x4. I ended up selling all of the others but the Ranger, God forbid it ever die, will be buried in the backyard with all of my favorite dogs.

I am so excited about this site. There is a treasure chest of information already posted, and the knowledge possessed by the regulars seems to be an overwhelming asset to any do-it-yourselfer.

I look forward to possibly adding some info myself.
