Hi Everybody,

After 16 years of driving Toyota trucks, I've moved on to an '03 Explorer Sport XLT 4.0L auto with 106,000 kms. I do most of my own maintenance, and look forward to"Exploring" the forum.

Gotta agree with Sam! Looks like all the miles were put on without anyone sitting inside the vehicle too. Interior looks like new.

First time I have heard of someone driving Toyotas for 16 years and then buying a Ford.

Welcome to the site!

Welcome to the site!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

I've owned a 3 1st Gen 4Runners that were built more toward off-roading, and 4 trucks that didn't have enough interior room - that being said - I got bored having the same truck for so many years, and the Explorer Sport had everything we were looking for in a newer truck, for a very good price.

The Explorer is going to be built (over time) to be a road trip vehicle with some light mods for logging roads etc... being an auto, the wife can drive it too!

The 1st step is to get familiar with the 4.0L and go from there.

This is the perfect site to get to know more about your truck.
