Surprisingly I did a search but did not come up with any results with my issue. First a few weeks ago my abs started to kick on when braking at low speeds. It progressively got worse. I read it is probably my sensors gunked up. I never got around ot cleaning them. Now over the past few days I am getting a very loud screeching sound when coasting at low speeds. If I step on the gas or brakes the noise stops. I recently took off my front rotors and saw the front pads looked good (50%+ life), so I just assumed my rears were gone. I replaced my rears today even though my rear pads actually had more pad left to them than my new ones (my new ones were cheap). I only even replaced them because one pad at marks in it for some reason, so I was hoping that was the problem. I made sure both caliper pistons worked also.

Right after replacing the pads the noise stopped for about a 15 min drive. Then on my way home it would happen again every time I was traveling under 25 or so mph. I am at a stand still on this issue. I was almost positive it was brake pads. I will take my fronts off again tomorrow and take a look, but I am sure they are fine.
