SeaFoam!! I've searched!

I need a good write-up on the best way to apply SeaFoam to a 1997 XLT 4.0 SOHC engine. I looked but everything seems kinda confusing - others seemed to be confused in most threads as well - even with pictures. So can anyone give me some feedback on where and how to apply the seafoam?
