I just picked up some Seafoam, and I went to feed it through the throttle body, but I didn't find a good way to do it.

In order to pour it through with a funnel, I would have to keep the throttle at WOT in order to get a funnel in there. Is there a better way to do this? I read tons of threads on this last night. I don't really wanna mess with a vac line because I know I have a leak somewhere.

Help please.

Maybe put a short hose on the end of the funnel and feed a little bit of the hose in there? Just a suggestion, I've never done this.

Maybe a type of spray bottle or something would work for the throttle body. I used my brake booster line on my 95. have you tried putting it into your oil? I think thats another alternitive too, as well as gas tank.

I think I'm gonna use a squirt bottle.

give us a report on how it works

When I used the seafoam on my truck I poured it through the brake booster line. Worked like a charm.

Can someone tell me where the brake booster line is?

Look for your brake master cylinder, should be on the drivers side back by the firewall. That big round thing behind it is the booster. There is a vacumn line running from it to the intake manifold, pull the line off the booster and pour the seafoam into the line with the truck running. there will be enough suction that you won't have to worry about missing.

Ok I've identified it, now how to do remove that weird black clip? I've never worked with vac lines before.

just pinch with some pliers

OK I just poured it through my brake booster line. It went well, although I've never seen the engine shake that much! It took me about 4 minutes to pour in 1/3rd of the can because I was nervous. I didn't get any white smoke though, but I could tell a HUGE difference afterwards.

I didn't get any white smoke either, but afterwards the engine did not ping...
