Seat memory set button not working!

I'm new to the ford family and forum. I just bought me a 02 explorer Ltd 2 weeks ago! My first ford SUV and I love it. Truck was keep in excellent condition by one owner so everything works like new! Except for the seat memory set button. This feature is a must fix since my wife doesn't like my seat adjustments!

How do I go about fixing that?

I'm new to the site as well but also have your same make and model. I was recently looking through the fuse diagram of the owners manual and recall seeing the seat memory. You might try that first and if you don't have your manual let me know and I'll check which one it is in mine.

Thanks sliggity I checked out my owners manual and found the seat set module, I'm going to replace the fuses and hope that's the only problem!
