SEAT Problems

I recently aqcuired a set of seats from a 2000 4xdig ford ranger extended cab, im goin to attemt to put them in my 96 single cab tomorow, but i know for a fact that the drivers side holes dont line up to mine, and i dont know how to get the tracks off the 2000 seats so i can swap them? any suggestions? and the drivers side reclining handle is missing, any way i can rig it to work?

vise grips for the recline and for the sliders there should be a couple bolts on the bottom that hold the tracks of the seat to the frame of the seat

well, Ive been able to get the seat tracks off my old seats, but i cant find any bolts for the ones on my new seats, thinking about drilling new holes for the rear bolts since the front match up, but would rather just get the tracks off, any ideas anybody?
