Second Gen Center Consol Rattle?

Anyone been able to fix their center consol rattle? It wasn't too bad until I got my new wheels and it's a lot more obvious now. That thing is always shaking it seems.

mine only does it when there is cd's in it some days are worse than others, some days it makes me want to rip my hair out, but i imagine it could be fixed with like a thin felt or some other vibration dampening cloth that would fit between some of the plastic parts like the cd orginizer(underneath it) etc
