Second Row Chairs Console Fold Flat?

Hi, I'm looking at a 2006 Mountaineer with the second row captains chairs and the center console. Does anyone have these and do the seats fold flat for hauling and maybe the console lid remove for a flat surface?

Yes, the seats fold reasonably flat and the console lid opens from the rear towards the front console. This provides a cargo area up to the front seats.
