Selling my Ex, what's it worth?

This isn't a disguised for sale ad in the general forums, I'm just trying to get an idea what these things go for as blue book is sometimes not indicative of the market...

Its a '98 V8 AWD, 121k miles, excellent condition, great tires, new front half shafts, the only thing wrong with it is the rear wiper doesn't seem to work right...

What should I look to get for this thing? $9000? $9500? Less?

This thing has been one of the best vehicles I've ever owned, I just need a more capable towing vehicle for the race car. I'm gonna be sad to see it go

What options does it have?

According to Edmunds, a 98 XLT AWD V8 with Fog lights, Power seats, and the Auto Dim mirror, and CD player with 121K miles is only worth $5,030 at private party sale.

Trade in is $3,990

ouch! KBB lists it at $9,065 private party & $6,775 trade in.

This is the stuff I had checked on KBB:

"excellent" condition.

and I just ran an Edmund's estimate using the same stuff:

trade in: $5,532
private party: $6,793
dealer retail: $8,318

Why such a disparity between the two sites?

I was thinking $6500-7200.. last I spec'd mine I was sitting around 5300 with mods, mileage, etc.
