General consensus is the SensaTrac for comfort, softer ride, and street use.
Rancho for control, firmer, and better suited for off road. Search more, lot's of info.

I've got ranchos, but I drive fast, offroad, tow, and push the truck hard. However with 40,000ish miles its time for new shocks. The back passenger side shock has a torn up bushing

Wonder how Rancho defines "normal operating conditions" ;). Still have the receipt?
Limited Lifetime Warranty (limited to qualifying Rancho® products only)*Tenneco warrants qualifying Rancho® products against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish) when used under normal operating conditions for as long as the products are installed on, and the original purchaser owns, the original vehicle on which they were installed.

^ you are awesome! Pretty sure I got the receipt, guess we'll see what they say

i run Ranchos up front and sensatrac load adjusters in the rear nice firm ride all round, found the Ranchos too soft for the rear end

I've had both, have the Rancho 5000's on now and they ride alot better then the Sensatrac's. if you haul, tow or drive a lot of city/ curvy roads than I'd suggest the 5k's. I also had the Rancho 9000's with Wireless MyRide setup and loved them, I could adjust them to any driving condition simply by the push of a button on the wireless remote.

^i always wondered how those 9000's were. i was debating on getting some but i got the fox's instead.

I run Rancho in the front and Sensatrac load adjusters in the back as well. The Sensatrac load adjusters in the rear helped out with the sag a bit which was a plus. No complaints so far with either set.
