I posted about this before but it got worse I uploaded a couple of videos. Driving no smoke. I dole moderate to heavy. Revving real heavy. No loss of any fluids no evidence of head gasket problems. Temp is a cold 44 F 100% humidity and an almost freezing rain.

That really looks like normal water vapor. water is a by-product of good combustion, and manifests as steam. The colder it is and the higher the humidity the more you will see it.

So even heavy smoke at rev might be normal?

It also seems like at idle it gets worse if it is pointed uphill or downhill.

Check operating temperature

You said previously that you had low readings on your temp gage. If that is so then what you are seeing is normal. If the engine is not up to temp change the thermostat and see how it acts.
