Shaking problem question

I have a 99 Explorer XLT with the 5.0 motor.
I have a shaking problem and I'm not sure what is causing it. Can anyone help give me an idea of what it might be?
Whew I turn my steering wheel all the way to the right or to the left I can feel a shaking in the steering wheel and the truck. The truck usually does it whenever I turn a corner, but not always for some reason.
I thought that it might be a clog in the power steering system, so I flushed the system and put cleaner in it and replaced the fluid. The problem is still there though. The power steering pump doesn't squeal or anything so I'm not sure if that could be what's wrong or if could be something in the suspension or something else.
When I drive the truck I don't notice anything unusual except when I turn corners. I don't notice it in one wheel more that the other either.
Does anyone have any ideas that may be usefull in diagnosing the problem? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Wheels turned with the engine not running? If so, very common mistake we've almost all made. Aerated P/S fluid causes violent shaking.
Drive slowly while turning lock to lock until the air purges and the shaking subsides. Search "steering shake", here's one of many threads:
