shift points

i really stomped on it today, to the floor and it seemed as if if shifted way to soon quicker than if i dont stomp it. does anyone know what or around the shift points are with the pedal to the floor in a stock 94 from a dead stop. and would the throttle cable mod affect it?

Mine shifts 5000 all gears eccept overdrive and it shifts at 4800
