OK I have an 01 Sport Trac, and I am ordering the Warrior #153's this week/TTB lift... my question is I wanted to wait on shocks til Oct or so. Should I order the shackles and wait to install once I have the shocks, or install the shackles/do the TTB first? Will the extra 2 inches merrit different sized shocks? Also, I believe I need a torque wrench for the shackles.... what/where is an adequate one for a novice? Thank you, Becker.

Hi Becker,
You can go ahead and do the torsion bar twist on the front and Warrior shackles on the back without changing the shocks. Torque wrenches come in 2 flavors. One with a pointer and one with a clicker that clicks when you have obtained the desired torque. You have to set the wrench to what ever torque you want. The pointer just has the rate scale and as the bar bends the pointer will show what the torque is. I have both and use both. I prefer using the pointer at home and take the clicker style with me on the trail.
Go get a Craftsman, if it ever breaks, you can take it back and they will replace it for free.
