should my drivers side mirror have a puddle light?

Wondering if my side mirror on the driver's side is aftermarket. Should that side have a puddle light? The passenger side does.

If one side does (and it works) then yes it should. If one side does (and it does not work) then the non working one could be the after market/salvage swap...
