Shudder at 40 mph

I just noticed that the truck shudders for a second right around 40 mph and then the shuddering stops. This happens under normal acceleration on paved roads. Other than that we love the truck!

The vehicle is an 02 Exp 4.0 XLT 4dr, 92 k miles. NO runs, drips, leaks yet!?
Any help would be appreciated.

Do a search on here I believe its the valve bodies sticking in the tranny....My GF's does it too.....

mine does it at times... should i be worried? i'm already saving up for the tranny rebuild. 3 weeks of ownership and concerned about the reliability of her...
