I HEAR THE FUEL PUMP COME ON I HAVE CHANGED THE FUEL FILTER AND DESPITE ALL EFFORT I CANNOT LOCATE THE FUEL RELAY IT IS NOT IN THE POWER BOX LIKE ONE MANUEL HAS ADVISED IT IS AS FAR AS I CAN TELL NOT UNDER THE POWER BOX THE ONLY RELAY I AM FINDING CONTROLLS THE LIGHTS TO A TOW PACKAGE ON MY TRUCK. I LOVE MY TRUCK BUT I AM LITTERALY READY TO TURN IT INTO A EXPLODER WITH ONE STICK OF DYNAMITE. ANY EXPETS ON HOW TO RESOLVE THIS?

Well first off welcome to the site. I can only take a guess at this. I think its in the rear cargo area where the reat wiondshield washer fluid and pump is kept on the drivers side panel.

this is what i found hope it helps

On your 1992 FORD TRUCK EXPLORER 4WD, the RELAY is:

UNDER HOOD, PASSENGER SIDE, UPPER ENGINE AREA, ABOVE
WHEELWELL, IN RELAY PANEL, MOUNTED ON INNER FENDER

In addition to what Marty196 says, note that the relays are located underneath the fuses/fusible links. The box with the fuses lifts out to reveal the relays.
In addition, it seems that ~1/4 the time, the EEC relay, rather than the fuel pump relay, is the bad one. The EEC relay is an important part of the fuel pump circuit. I would advise you get a wiring diagram so you can determine which relay is bad.
