side mirror relacement on 1997 ranger

Thanks to the midnight visit from some of the locals in my neighborhood , the driver side mirror on my Ranger has been removed in an aggressive manor .
I have crank windows , nothing electrical except the speaker.
How do i remove the window crank and door panel to get to the mirror assembly?
the only two screws i see are below the door handle on the inside.

I believe there are 3 screws holding the door panel on, 2 on the bottom and one on the plastic area behind the grab handle. Not sure on the window crank as I have power windows, I wanna say there's a clip holding it on near the base of the crank...poke around and you should see something.
