Stiffer suspension components.
Upgrade your shocks. Add a different leaf spring configuration in the rear, I think you only have a single leaf back there now. You can add a multispring pack. This may help.

Keep in mind, the more of this you do, the less smooth and comfortable it may ride. It may feel more like the off road vehicle it was supposed to be, instead of the highway cruiser most have.
Good Luck!

Will The Bilsteins help better then the Monroe Reflex's??

Either shock will do a better job of reducing the side to side sway. I have Monroe Reflex shocks and couldn't be happier with them on my lifted Explorer. I don't have any side to side swaying. Also, look into upgrading your front and rear sway bars to thicker bars and get polyurethane sway bar bushings to complete the package. I have done all of this and my Explorer feels more stable now with 4 1/2" of lift and 33" tires than it did with stock tires at the stock height.

upgraded swaybars will really help. Check out Explorer Express' swaybars.

I must agree EE sways are great. Really stiffend it up. It's not a Porsche, but still handles nicely now.
