Sirius Installation in 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer Question

Hi All - new to the site and looking for a little help with a Sirius question. My car has an "AUX" button so hopefully it will be a relatively easy hookup. Looking at 2 options right now:

Anyone out there have experience with either or these? Seems like it may be better to go with the factory set-up for $325. Is installation relatively straightforward?

yea i would say the installation easy/moderate, but when i installed mobile ease in my vehicle, because that extra harness adapter that came with it, was making it hard for the radio to go back in due to the limited space...so i am guessing that might be same problem as well
