I've got a '02 Eddie Bauer 4dr with 43,000 miles on it. I'm hearing what sounds like a relay sizzling or crackling under the dash on the lower left side near the fuse panel. The sound is sporadic and goes away when the brake pedal is pressed. Everything seems to be working fine, lights, etc. Anyone have this problem? How do you get to the relays under the dash?
