Slight Knocking On Drivers Rear Side

Hi
Anyone help? there is a slight rubbing / knockingsound on the rear drivers side, feels a bit like the brake stuck on or uneven disc rub? but have had a look and all seems fine with that, BUT , the wheel moves slightly with the hand brake on and gives a slight knowcking sound? when driven feels a bit like driven on an uneven wheel? Anyone had this before?

I would take the rear disc off and see if the lining has come off the handbrake shoes. It has been known to break off. Also whilst you have the rear in the air check the rear wheel bearings.
