I'm really hoping some of you serious enthusiasts can identify my problem and give me some advice...
I have a ford explorer 2007 advance track: When accelerating and shifting gear at 50-60kmph there is a slight shudder / the car shudders very slightly.
It isn't noticeable for the passengers but definitely noticeable when driving.
It doesn't seem to do it when the car is cold and it does it less since I changed the plugs and the plug cables (if that info helps).
My dad says that the gearboxes on the explorer 2007 are faulty and he's telling me if I don't change the car it will cost me thousands to repair!
What do you think the problem is?
