slooooow moving power windows 08 ST

My power windows on my 08 ST seem to move very slow both ways but particularly 'up' and most noticeably the driver's side. Vehicle has 120K kms and not abused. Its bugged me since I bought it 2yrs ago but only thought I'd ask now. I've owned many other vehicles in my 31 yrs of driving, nothing like this.
Is this normal?

Mine does the same when it is really cold, at least -20c. Either the regulator is going or the door is out of alignment. You could try spraying some silicone based lubricant in the tracks but that is usually only a temp fix and must be repeated often.
