Small "connector hose" from throttle body

Ford part number on hose label "tag" F87E-9G271-GA. Ford discontinued this little hose that is connected to the throttle body and goes down to some kind of connection below driver side headlight. Need this part any help much appreciated.

It's impossible to find that specific hose, but a piece of
generic vapor hose works fine. I believe it's 5/16", although
it might be 3/8". (That's the hose that turns your hand
black when handling it...)
