Smog Test Shop

Hello -

Does anybody know any Smog Test shops in Southern California (pasadena, arcadia, monrovia, etc.) that give cheap smog tests. The several I've asked have cost about $59.99 - I don't wanna pay that much.

Usually state emissions tests have fixed prices dictated by the state or county.
