I snapped off the head of a torq 30 bolt 🙄 while torquing it actually. I tried using those speed outs and burned em up quick lol. How do I remove it? I see alot of gimmicks and ones for stripped not snapped

have tou tried the extractor kits? and welcome!

Those are hardened bolts. Removing it is going to be a pain. You’ll need to drill it out and tap it, or drill a smaller hole and extract it. If your hole isn’t dead center neither of these will be terribly successful.

If you snapped one of those putting it in you were almost certainly over torquing it. Next time use a torque wrench and loctite, instead of relying on it being super tight.

If worst comes to worst, no success, replace the U-Joint yoke on the front differential.

Weld a small nut on.

But in your situation, left handed drill bit will bring it right out.
