Is this bolt pressed or welded on? If pressed, any chance of removing and installing a new one with the Radius arm still mounted and how?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

I'd just put a new bolt on and weld it where the old one was. It's been talked about quite a few times around here...do a search to get a more detailed procedure

Make sure to disconnect the battery when welding though :)

If you hit what is left of the stud with a hammer it will pop right out. Then you could just run bolt/washer/nut (at least grade 8), through the hole and mount your shock too it.

You could also drill a hole in the center of the stud and tap it. Put the shock back on and screw a bolt into the whole you made with a washer larger than the stud to keep the shock from sliding off

drill a hole and put quality nut and bolt on and it will last you another 100K miles!
