snorkel to airbox question

I'm getting ready to put the snorkel together just picked up an stick of 3 inch exhuast pipe. Was curious as to how to rig the pipe to the airbox. All the pics ive seen have been for the panel filter boxes and ive got the cone style box like the f series. Haven't found pics for my style. Any input is appreciated

Anyone install their snorkel to the non panel filter style airbox?

Kind of helps I'm sure I'm over thinking it I just hope 3" will fit into the box
