SOHC-buzzing of PCV valve?

Recently the PCV valve on our 97 SOHC X started buzzing(its the only way I can describe the noise)

You can grab the lines that are attached to it and you can feel them buzzing??

The valve still rattles, so I know it's still good after 4 monhs -where does the hose go to that's attached to the PCV valve (the lower one that you cant see)?

Any ideas what this could be?

You know that you can get that replaced for free at 60,000 and 120,000 miles. THat might solve the problem I dont know but it is just something that is your service manual. They tried to charge me for it but I showed them and they didnt charge me

Well that would be fine except they dont do that in California and the PCV valve is new
