sohc timing chain kit

I'm trying to find a timing chain kit for a 1997 exolorer control trac. I just need to replace the chain tensioner guide and cassettes under the timing cover not near the valve covers. Does anyone know where I can find this kit without having to buy the whole kit that is over three hundred dollars?

If you are loooking for the Primary Chain tensioner update kit (2U3Z6d256CA) it is available from Ford for $151.65 List price. List price in 2008 was $116.58 so they are in demand and the price is rising
