some lift help?

i was gonna get a 3inch body, just to fit 31s under...but now after reading some of the posts on body lifts, and the cons of them...i think im gonna put the money out and get the 4 inch suspention. try to get some 33's on there. a 4wheel club was saying that the 95 bronco, ranger and mavajo are all pretty much the same, and he could put a 95 ranger kit or 95 bronco kit under my truck. so im gonna be buying the kit this week. and getting it put on in a week or so after that. i got 31s right now that ill put on temp. til i get money for 33s

if anyone knows about putting bronco/ranger kit on explorer please let me know (eg, if it wont work or what to modify) thanks, Chaz

Wow your 4 wheel club is totally misinformed.

Your 95 explorer is totally different up front than any 95 ranger because the ranger has TTB, the bronco because it's FULLSIZE and ttb, and navajo because there wasn't even a navajo made in 95!!

The cheapest suspension lift you will find is trailmaster's for abut 1200 dollars, and it's not a very good kit at all.

Because it's IFS suspension and is weak and has almost no travel.

BTW all 95-2001 Explorers have the same suspension yours does.

actually...there was a guy on here that said he got a body lift for a ranger and put it on his 95 explorer... its dif. from body and suspention?

No one makes a body lift for a 95-2001 explorer. You need to use a ranger body lift.

Pretty much all midsize trucks and suv's have the same body mounts. You can even use a body lift for an S-10 Blazer.

if i got tt/shackles/bodylift would i be able to get shocks and use the to full potential? i think im gonna get rancho 9000s with on the fly remote...but im notta gonna pay for them if they are gonna be useless...
also will i get and clearance gain with the tt and all?

bigest thing i want to do is get intake away from water when im going threw puddles....dont wanna seize any more engines...

how much would snorkle be? and something for my exhaust?
