Ya it lays the frame on the ground. It's got a fully adjustable air ride suspension

Nice, Haggard!

I encourage you to list your truck in the Ranger Registry Forum. You can give a full discription of your mods, and post some pics.

Or if you want, I can just move this thread over there. Let me know.

That's hot, you should shave the tailgate handle

thats reallllll nice :) :)

sweet work

looks hot.. what is that sub box made of?

The sub box is mdf with acrylic (I think) mirrors

Nice work. Looks real good!

looks good..... does the alignment go back to normal when you drive it? it has some major negative caster when it lays down

Ya the alignment goes back to normal when the front is aired up. When you get the alignment done at the height you want just have to remember that amount of PSI

My opinion on X be'n show trucks.... First off no one is gonna make me feel like my truck will never stand a chance at a car show. Although I am not finished with it, it is getting there... I LOVE walking thru a car show and not see'n 50-100 of them all diferent colors... Cause a show is usually all chebbys with there ****..... Yeah i have had a few try to discourage me from try'n to make mine a show vehicle... but I look at it as I am differnt I dont want to go and just see the same ****, so even if I am not taking home a trophy I am gonna love it cause I know out there somewhere is another X fan like me and he is probably gonna like something I have done with mine and having the BALLS to spend the money and do it...... As for the pinto question... I do give Kudos to those who do something original and are not afraid to stand out... Pinto with a 351W or a chevette with a 350..??? Ill go pinto anyday.... To each there own.
And as for mine be'n a daily driver, it was till about two weeks ago for the reason that I want to get it repainted and things up to snuff on it, and hard to do if you have to drive it all the time.... So u know what I bought? An '82 XR7 Merc Cougar with a 5.0 and overdrive, with only 61K miles... And it runs like a champ. Gotta have something for a daily driver and then I have my nice ride... Later, RJ68

looks real good, i would like to have a bagged ranger. with a sohc

looks good..... does the alignment go back up into spec when you inflate the bags? i hope so, or you will be eating tires every week....

Hmm, makes me wish I hadn't traded in my 96 Ranger. NICE JOB!

Man I love Rangers. My next vehicle will probably be a 99 or 00 Ranger that I will promptly bag and shave. Or maybe an 01-02 Edge 2WD that will receive the same treatment. :D
