Hello! Today marks one week that I've had my new Explorer, and yesterday I made my first fuel stop to fill the tank. I purchased this one off the lot, as it had most of what I would've ordered anyway. Though this is my 4th Explorer, my most recent vehicle was a Volvo XC90 (drove for 6 years).
OK, so here are my questions:
To the left of the hazard light button, there is a smaller white triangular shaped button - what is this for?
The 12V outlets seem to be functional even when the car is off? Will this kill my battery if I leave something plugged in?
Thanks,
Lucille
- It's taking a little getting used to the bigness of this car
- The seat adjustment is amazing though. I'm 5'1", and raised the seat just about all the way up.
- I'm missing those daytime running lights.
- For some reason, I often accidently turn on the hazard lights, while using the touch screen
- Telling me my horoscope? So funny.
- Liking the power lift gate. If I'd ordered my car, I wasn't going to get this though.
- Getting used to the two-tone interior (tan/gray) though I wish it was all tan.
- My iPod does not work with the USB.
I have an older 30g Classic Video. I'm really dissappointed about this. Guess I'll have to get a new iPod.
- My older LG phone synced beautifully on the first try. AND updates contacts as well.
- The turning capability is great
- Wish you could open the shade on the rear sunroof w/o opening the shade on the front sunroof
- Don't have power 3rd row seats, but they move around very easily.
