someone please explain, or provide a link, on how to lift the explorer

i have a 98 4door. i know its only 2wd, but i would like it to sit higher. i dont need some crazy lift kit, just an inch or 2. how would i go about doing this? i dont know anything about lifting. normally im into making my cars sit lower ( mustangs, miatas, etc.) thanks in advance!
